Revvi 24 Electric Off-Road Bike – 1500W 48V Electric Dirt Bike

The Revvi 24 Electric Off-Road Bike is a high-performance 24-inch electric dirt bike built for serious young riders and off-road enthusiasts. With a 1500W peak motor, 132Nm torque, and a 48V 15Ah battery, it delivers powerful acceleration, extended riding time and a top speed of up to 30mph.

Designed for real off-road riding, the Revvi 24 features full adjustable suspension, front and rear 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes, a reinforced trail-ready build, and an integrated TFT colour display showing speed, battery level and assist/mode information.

Assembly

Bikes are delivered fully assembled minus the handle bars. All that you need to do is fit the handle bars to the stem. This is just 4 bolts and very straight forward. Please see owners manual for more information. All of the controls i.e throttle and brake lever are already fitted to the handle bars.

Each bike comes with a UK charger, owners manual and tool kit.

Important: Please note that these electric bikes are only suitable for riding in dry conditions. Damage caused to the electrics by water will not be covered by warranty.

Where to ride: UK law states that electric products such as this should not be used on a public highway & should NEVER under any circumstances be used on the road. Riders should always observe the essential warnings & safety advice for our products & should only ride this bike while wearing safety equipment & a helmet.

ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.

Assembly: Basic assembly required.

Warranty: This product is supplied with 6 months return to base warranty.

Maintenance: All off-road vehicles such as these require frequent servicing + maintenance and common parts will sometimes require replacement. Please do not purchase this product unless you are willing to maintain the vehicle to a high standard.

Payment will then be spread out over 3 instalments - With the first payment being made upon purchase, then 2 payments every 30 days.

Unless selecting the 'Assembly & PDI' option, this product will be supplied in boxed (basic kit form) for home assembly.

Depending on work rate, the assembly will generally take 1-2 hours. All of the more difficult parts such as the engine installment and electrics are already pre-assembled at the factory. The basic assembly required is comprised of the larger items such as the front wheel, handlebars and front shock absorber.

Whilst generally described as basic assembly, for safety purposes we strongly recommend that the assembly and pre ride safety testing (also known as PDI) is carried out by an experienced mechanic / technician that is competent to work on motorcycles and carry out basic adjustments if needed. For example - carburetor set up and adjustment.

Extremely Important – Full Nut and Bolt Check

When assembling any new vehicle, and as a part of the vehicle’s ongoing basic maintenance, it is extremely important that a FULL nut & bolt check is carried out. A comprehensive nut & bolt check is crucial for ensuring the vehicle is safe to ride from the box, and for preventing potential mechanical failures caused by vibration during use.

Please DO NOT assume that all the nuts & bolts on the vehicle are adequately tightened.

We also strongly recommend that where a Nyloc type of nut is not present, please ensure that thread lock adhesive is applied to the nut. We use the ‘Loctite’ brand, with great success.

Working from the front to the back of the vehicle, it is extremely important that EVERY nut and bolt is checked for adequate tightness.

Please pay particular and close attention to the following parts (where relevant) on the vehicle –

• Wheel & axle nuts

• Brake caliper bolts

• Brake disc bolts

• Brake hose fixings

• Triple clamp bolts

• Handlebar clamp mounts

• Lever clamp bolts

• Pedal bolts

• Shock bolts

• Shock clamp bolts
